Our centre is a self-directed support program in partnership with Mental Health Support Network SEO Corp. The group provides non-judgemental support, companionship, information, and assistance to adults (16 and over) who have experienced difficulties with mental illness, in a safe, friendly environment.

We are currently open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 4:00pm.

Special events such as visits to other support centres, craft days, guest speakers, outings, barbeques, etc. are occasionally planned – a calendar of events is available.
